The following cancellation policies are in place to maintain our standards of service, to create an environment of respect and professionalism, to be fair to our teachers, and to other students.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions/Classes that are not cancelled with 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee. 
At Line 5 Studios, we strive to see clients in the most timely and efficient manner, adhering to scheduled appointment times. We hope you understand that Line5 has limited space and your session is specifically reserved for you. In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact the studio by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us via phone, please leave a message on our voicemail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.

Any cancellation received after 3pm on Saturday will be considered a late cancel as the office is closed on Sundays

No- Shows and Late Arrivals

Private and Duet:

In the event that you forget your appointment, you will be charged in full for your missed session. We understand life happens, if you will arrive late for your appointment with us, please contact the studio by phone and leave us a message or email. Your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your instructor, due to the demands of the schedule, cannot go over your scheduled appointment time. Regardless of the length of the appointment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to your instructor and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive 5min early for your appointment.

Classes:

In respect for other participants and your safety, we will not allow late comers to join classes.

*Although we do our best to send reminders and booking confirmations through the scheduling system, the responsibility is still yours to remember your scheduled appointments.*

Payment and Registration

All classes and sessions are by appointment only using online booking or email. Fees are payable prior to each new session/package. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Cash. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations are required at least 12hr prior to scheduled class/session and Line5 reserves the right to cancel a class with minimum notice depending on attendance.

Package Expiration

Your body will truly be able to gain the best benefits from pilates with consistency so all packages have a non-extendable expiry date in effect. Please note the expiry date at time of booking.

Rates, schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice

Holiday Schedule

Classes will not run on Statutory holidays with some exceptions depending on instructor availability. Check the schedule for updates. Private sessions can be booked on a holiday at the discretion of the instructor.
