Each mat class at Line5 Studios is designed with a different focus. Our instructors have unique personalities, a wealth of knowledge, and diverse backgrounds. Mat sessions are fun, energetic and affordable in our spacious light-filled studio.
The class is performed on a mat and may use small apparatus like exercise rings, toning balls or resistance bands to add challenge to your class. Without the use of traditional Pilates equipment, each participant will learn how to create resistance and challenge using their own body weight. Learn to use your breath and build awareness while performing specific Pilates routines to build core strength, flexibility and overall wellness. If you require more specific training or rehabilitation, we recommend equipment private sessions prior to joining a mat Pilates class.
