Headshot - Melissa BosomworthMelissa Bosomworth

Certified Pilates Instructor
Melissa’s passion for movement originated on the local hills of North Vancouver where she started skiing as soon as she was able to walk. This same passion for movement and athleticism lead her to a professional ballet career with several dance companies throughout the United States. When her career fell short due to a dance injury, she redirected her passion and became a yoga and Barre Fitness instructor. In doing this work, she strives to help others prevent injury and set our bodies up for longevity. This is what lead Melissa to Pilates. She became certified in Pilates mat, pre/post natal, modified Pilates, and is currently certified as an apparatus instructor through Physical Mind Institute of Canada.
